This site exists to describe our services and let you request an estimate. Content on this site is provided for general information about our company and is not a binding offer. Estimates and project scopes are established in writing per project.

Estimates and scheduling

Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract. Work begins only after a written quote is approved by you and scheduled by us.

Photos and content

Photographs on this site are of our own completed and in-progress work. Site content belongs to J. Mapes Excavation LLC and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site itself. Nothing here limits obligations we take on in a signed project agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Maine.
